Excellent high end park. Very will maintained with good privacy because of the lush tropical plants between each site. We had a water front site and after five days, did not want to leave. The staff, especially Ann, were extremely warm, friendly, and helpful in every respect. We will definitely be back.

Most of the comments on this park are fair. It is more like a state park than an "Elite Resort" but it is clean and the spaces are roomy and nicely separated. The one contact with staff was friendly. This is not peak season so the park was not crowded at all. It does seem family oriented and very affordable so I'm sure it is very busy during the peak season. WiFi was good most of the time though for some reason, we had trouble sending emails even though it appeared that we were connected. Cable TV service was lacking. Was unable to get many of the channels the second night. Probably some kind of technical difficulty. We've stayed in much nicer but all in all, this park was OK for the two night stay that we were there.

This was a very quick two night stay. Had difficulty finding availability in Kissimmee so settled on this park. This was an old park with a lot of permanent residents. Not high end at all but it served our purpose. Sites were very close and it was difficult to back our motorhome into its slot but got it done. Internet is available but you have to pay for it. We made use of unsecured users in the park. Probably would not stay here again but only because it is not as new and modern as we like. If you like a more natural setting, would recommend Lake Louisa State Park near Davenport. It's very pretty and only 15-minutes from most of the Disney theme parks.

This is just an RV park (a lot of concrete and side by side spaces) but a very nice one. Very clean, well lit, and modern. A matter of only a few blocks to Beach Blvd. and Biloxi's beautiful beaches. It's only a 5-10 minute drive to the casinos. We had a pull through site but I did not see any sites that would be difficult to get into with even the largest rigs. Also, plenty of room for your toad. It was very hot the day we arrived and our central A/C had not been working on the road due to a problem with the generator. So, we were anxious to take a dip in the pool to cool off. This is our only complaint. The pool water was very warm. More like a hot tub. Perhaps the sun and ambient temperature (high 90's) caused this but coming from the South, we've never been in an unheated swimming pool that was this warm even on the hottest days. Only a minor complaint. It was still refreshing. We would recommend this park to anyone paying a visit to Biloxi.

Very nice resort. Still developing so most of landscaping was new. All palm trees. Pretty but no shade. Very roomy sites. Level pads of stained concrete. Beautiful club house and infinity pool. Free night if you are willing to listen to their presentation. We received the free night but they never came around and asked us to listen to presentation. Probably because two of our three nights were on Saturday and Sunday. About 15-minutes from the Foley and Gulf Shores beaches if you use the toll bridge. A little longer if you take another route. Be sure to eat at Bahama Bob's on the beach at Gulf Shores. Excellent food and service. Would stay here again.
